First, check that you have a valid reservation for the parking lot you are trying to enter. Your booking may be for a different parking lot, and you may be at the wrong entrance. Review the instructions displayed on the machine at the entrance of the parking lot and review the information on your booking confirmation. Press the call button at the top-right of the machine if you need further help with scanning the QR code. Our Parking Service Team will gladly be of assistance.

Scan the QR code at the bottom-left of the machine at the entrance, with the QR code pointing upwards. You will automatically receive a reservation parking ticket with the text “Billet de réservation”. For more information on this process, see the following video.

If the QR code has been scanned correctly, the text on the ticket will say “Billet de réservation”. If you have taken a standard parking ticket instead of using the QR code as a result of the automatic license plate recognition process having failed, the words "Ticket parking" will be printed on the parking ticket. If this is the case, press the call button at the top-right of the machine before entering the parking lot in order to speak to the Parking Service Team who will gladly assist you with this issue.
Please be advised that taking a standard parking ticket instead of the reservation parking ticket will cause an additional parking space to be blocked in our system. This additional parking space will not be covered by your reservation and will be payable upon leaving the parking lot unless it has been cancelled by our Parking Service Team before entering the parking lot.
